Had a congee hotpot with friends last night, the oysters were frozen and fishy, the congee was very diluted and even got burnt at the end of the meal. We asked the staff about the oysters, he said the other table had oysters too but he didn’t receive feedback on frozen and fishy from them. As a seafood seller when your customer think the food is not fresh what this restaurant did was comparing the feedback to others. What if the others never had fresh oysters before and thought this frozen product was how it supposed to be tasted like? That just doesn’t make sense. Even though we got partially refund on the oyster part at checkout we were all still very disappointed about the meal. Really unpleasant experience and will never come again. Just forgot to mention I am having a diarrhoea right now! I didn’t take lunch yesterday!...
Read moreLove this restaurant! the concept is you order a bunch or raw food, steam it in front of you, dip it in your own custom made sauce from the sauce station and once you've finished steaming everything you enjoy the flavoured congee hidden at the bottom! imagine hotpot but instead of boiling it in a broth you steam it. Steamed seafood here is a must!

We also ordered taro porridge as base but barely any taros and tastes like normal rice porridge.
