if u guys wanna use the bathroom here make sure to bring toilet, hand soap and some tools to fix the lock because they had NONE of that there 💔💔 yk how it went... i was sitting on the seat and mid-piss i look right and left and NO TOILET PAPER 🧻🚫. i was thinking "lowkey ts pmo but i could tolerate it" but then as i go to wash my hands......NO SOAP‼️‼️⁉️gross but i tried to get past it. then when it came to the door... i couldnt undo the lock.... i was like "damn. am i actually gonna have to scream for my life from ts toilet" but then i just pushed the door open and BAM i didnt need to unlock it because the lock doesnt WORK. so yeah not cool guys. i also don't like the seats there, very uncomfortable. i didnt take pictures of the whole toilet thing cuz i was like super emotional or whtever. i sound like a hater right now but yk what i do like about this place is that they give out vouchers for free drinks but that's abt it. u guys gotta get it TOGETHER i mean you could hire me and things would be way better (not cuz ive been unemployed my whole life). ok but i actually meant it with all...

Ordered 1 drink. Around 9 people came into the store after I ordered. When 4 of those people received their drink before me, I told the person at the counter that I hadn't received my drink. They told me they were making it, so I sat and waited more. They asked me to come to the counter and confirm my order. I then waited till all 9 people that came after me were served and I could see the workers start cleaning up, no signs of making my order. They then saw me and called me to the counter again to confirm my order, asking repeatedly the name of the drink. Afterwards I was handed the wrong size order which was missing the toppings. I let them know I was missing toppings and the woman asked me why I had a bigger size... I told them I ordered a regular and this is what I was given. Although I received apologies from the 1 person who mixed up my order, I think it took far too long for the workers to try and correct their order mix up, making me wait...

Bad customer service. Guy on shift (around 8pm on 27 Oct 2025) was rude and ignorant. He was busy doing something else and didn't even bother to look at us when we entered the shop, so had to wait at least 3 minutes just standing there. He could've at least said hello and let us know he'll be with us shortly, but none of that. Even before I could finish saying my order, he cut me off saying "we're sold out". Still no eye contact - being ignorant and just looking down at the pos. It was my second time within the last week having an unpleasant experience (same worker both times).
