The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. I wasn't greeted when I entered, and when I tried to order a milkshake, I was informed that they weren't taking shake orders at that time. Consequently, I decided to place an order for pickup through Uber Eats. It was evident that once they received the Uber order, they had no choice but to shift their focus from gossiping to fulfilling the request. Needs more staff too long to wait, I went in at 8am to buy $40 of doughnuts for office shout - lots of young people ordering drinks that took the poor lady on her own too long to make - took 20 minutes to buy a box of doughnuts and 5 singles - suggest you have some pre made up boxes of doughnuts ready to go, more staff or don’t offer complex drinks when there is only one staff member? She was doing a great job by the way but...

Staff was on the phone for a couple of minutes when I arrived and didn’t apologise for the delay. Then when I tried to order an assorted 4 pack for the advertised $15.90, she tried to charge $17.90 instead being told these are limited edition donuts so they cost extra. There is no mention of this on the signage and haven’t had this issue with their limited edition donuts before. Unlikely to visit this again after...
