TINGTEA 亭子茶 — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

They have a really good selection of drinks and flavors. I personally love their kiwi fruit tea. It's just a shame that the male staff working last night was very rude and not accomodating at all. He couldn't understand what my friend was telling him last night and he was being sarcastic about it. Funny thing is, we all understood what my friend told him, even the nice female staff tried to explain to him. I didn't like how he responded to us with wide eyes, loud voice and a smirk. as if mocking our english although he was the one who couldn't understand the conversation.

It was our fourth time to visit this shop as my husband and I like to stop here for a drink every now and then, even if we live an hour away from albany. We told our friends about it and took them with us. The previous owners and staff are very nice and accomodating. To be fair, the female staff was nice and sweet too. But the guy she was working with last night, he was very rude. He was even rushing us to order. It was the first time I have encountered such attitude from Ting Tea. I didn’t expect much from this store when I first came but now it’s my go-to tea store in Albany! I recommend practically everything on the menu but my go-to favorites have to be the oat milk teas with cheese foam and the watermelon frappe also with cheese foam. I did also try the yogurt bowl with fruit and the spirulina yogurt truly did live up to the description.
