Wendy's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

Shocking! I’m not one for doing google reviews BUT We are long time customers of Wendy’s. Ordered $100 worth of food through the drive through, got home to find my three children’s burgers were incorrect. They gave us fish burgers which my children couldn’t eat. I then rung to ask if I could pop down to get a credit or refund in the morning and was told that I ordered incorrectly and that apparently all three of their staff heard me order fish burgers…. I let her know I would never have order fish burgers for my children, to continue be told that I did. I was then told if I take the burgers back tonight they will give me a refund. I explained I had to drive 20mins to get back to them, just to give them burgers they would just throw out. I also wasn’t keen on dragging my kids out at 8pm at night to take burgers back to get a refund or credit. Sadly I expected, the manager would have not argued with me on what I ordered, I expect that she would have agreed that there was possibly a miss communication with the guy who gave me attitude over the speaker at the time of order. Instead wanted to argue the point that I was in the wrong. Needless to say, after going to Wendy’s on constellation drive for over 20 years we wont be back, not due to the error in the incorrect burger, but in the way they have handled it by putting all the blame on me the long time customer and not offering a...

Wendy's is old school fast food: queue up to order and pay. They delivered our food to our table. There was a wee wait. But not too long. I was under in their salad options, so decided to try severall of them: Taco Salad, Chicken BLAT Salad and their lettuce-wrapped low-carb beef burger. The Taco Salad was a big too wet, but otherwise really good. The Chicken BLAT Salad was be than expected. I liked it. The wooden knife and fork were just up to the job of cutting up the baked chicken cutlet. The low carb beef burger was good, too. Wrapped in big lettuce leaves held by a foil pocket, it was actually easy to eat and I was pretty happy with it.

I would order any of these again. Well done, Wendy's.

The location in Constellation Dr is a good one. Very convenient. Parking wasn't a problem at 7pm. The interior fittings in the restaurant appeared to be a mix of newer and older. "Functional" is a good word.

There is a coded lock on the toilet doors. I was so focused on the lock I don't notice I'd gone into the women's instead of the men's. Fortunately, no one else came in.

Went here on Friday night, ordered a burger,chips and a drink for takeaway, there were 2 people in front of me and about 3 families dining in who still hadn’t had their food, 2 people ordered after me one of them being my partner and the other being another couple. The people that ordered after me got their takeaway before me but we all still ended up waiting about 20-25mins just for a simple takeaway meal! What an absolute joke! Over all my chips were hot and fresh, burger was ok, as they seem to make the burgers fast and leave them on the counter till the rest of the order is ready, so by the time you get it and or get it home it’s cold.. but don’t know what actually takes so long there was atleast 6-8 staff on, the drive thru was moving and being served faster than the people dining in or getting it takeaway. When you go in to order takeaway you expect relatively fast service, not having to stand for almost half an hr waiting for your takeaway meal, maybe place some chairs 2m apart so customers can sit down while you make their meals without having to show a vaccine...
