Domino's Pizza Glen Eden — Restaurant in Waitākere Ranges

I’ve been ordering from Domino’s Glen Eden for a while now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best Domino’s branches in West Auckland. Every time I stop by, Arundeep and the team are welcoming, friendly, and professional. It makes a huge difference when the staff actually greet you with a smile and remember regulars.

The pizzas themselves have been spot on — bases cooked properly, plenty of toppings, and they always come out piping hot. Last time I tried the Loaded Pepperoni and added extra cheese, and it was perfect. Garlic bread was fresh and not overcooked like I’ve had at other branches.

Delivery has also been smooth whenever I’ve gone that route. Drivers are polite, orders arrive within the time frame, and the food is still hot — which says a lot since I live a bit further out from the store.

The store itself is kept clean and organized, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping things running efficiently even when it’s busy. I’ve seen Friday nights where the place is packed with orders flying in, but Arundeep and the staff still manage to get everything out quickly and keep a good attitude.

Disappointing service compared to other stores. I've ordered online from GE twice over the past six months, both orders took over an hour to arrive. The latest time was 1 hour 40 minutes, obviously completely cold at that point and missing my drink. The delivery driver was apologetic and recommended I contact the store for a refund. Unfortunately, having ordered at 4:15 pm, I couldn't get through at 6 pm (after receiving my order) as they'd disconnected the phone. I sent feedback using the online link in the confirmation email and the link provided in other reviews (even though it's for the Australian site). Still nothing after three days. I called again, this time around midday and the manager told me that I'd get a refund in a week, but refused to send written confirmation of this. This is way too much to go through for a pizza and drink that was never refunded or provided.

If there is a next time, I'll be spending an extra $3 forthe 20 minute delivery guarantee as at least I will almost certainly get a second cold...

The food is a great price and honestly not bad. Having full sized pizzas for $10 or less is amazing and there is a wide range of sides.

The shop itself is dark and doesn’t look wildly clean thought. The menus scattered on the table by the window were sticky and stained, and the floors definitely need a professional clean.

The pizza isn’t cooked consistently. We ordered 2 pizzas- 1 large cheese, 1 extra large pepperoni. The large was slightly burnt with the crust being dry, and the extra large was soft and doughy.

The carpark is also a disaster to get in and out of with only a few parking spaces which quickly fill with delivery vehicles. The concrete wall by the last carpark caught the edge of my door. It’s very difficult exiting the carpark onto the main road and it’s impossible to turn around in the w lot.
