Hey! I Am Yogost — Restaurant in Waitematā

Initially gave 1 star on 5 Feb 2021 due to the front female staff used two fingers touched the inside of the cup where a yogurt drink will be poured into. However it seems like they improved the practice so I give 3 stars.

When you order your drink, you MUST watch how the staff touch your cup. If she touches the inside of your cup, you MUST tell her to change the cup and warn her. Also you leave your review here to let other people know.

Dear owner - I was your regular customer enjoying the purple rice yogurt. Since I witnessed how your front staff handled my cup I decided NOT to go although I loved my drinks. Had 3-4 times week.

However to be fair with you, I changed the star to 3. The remaining 2 stars will be given if you keep making sure your front staff NEVER touch inside of your customers' cups with their...

Won't be coming back to the Queen Street branch even though it's been my go to.

Customer service was atrocious, we waited an hour and 20 minutes for our drink. When we inquired about how long it would take, the man working there was dismissive and never answered our question.

Later a customer that ordered after us got their drink, so we decided to ask a final time. He rudely told us that an hour was normal and that they usually set the pick up time to 1 - 2 hrs after the order is placed on hungry panda. (Which has never happened to us before)

He was extremely condescending and rude not only to us but to all the other customers waiting for their drinks. Only when we said we'd like to cancel the order did he ask for our order number and then said it will take only 10 minutes... So we waited 1hr 20mins for 2 drinks that would only take 10mins????

Won't be coming back to this specific store but I know other stores have perfectly fine...

Excellent Customer Service To be honest both of me and my mum loves your drinks so much and we’ve been to your place a lot of times. Your drinks all taste so delicious and significant, i tried a few different places that have purple rice drinks but you’re the one stand out the most.

There was a mistake when I ordered your product through Uber eat today and I really do appreciate and admire how you solved the problem. How you sorted it makes me wanna keep coming back to your place for the rest of my life. You’re very professional with customer service and you do know how to keep your reputation. Yes, staffs can make mistakes sometimes but how you apologise and and compensate to the customers is what matters. I am really surprised and fascinated with your management system....
