I have been going to Mt Roskil since it opened and burger fuel has been my regular Friday night cheat meal. It first started when I ordered a ford freakout then I returned home, bit into the burger and it was raw; blood gushed from the Pattie. After feeling really sick I went back and showed the manager, she tried to go out of her way to make it up to me and assured me it wouldn't happen again, with a full refund. I recently decided il give them the benefit of the doubt and went back only to have a similar situation happen. I ordered the special this time the New summer fish a chups, lets just say you could of asked your self, if u wanted a burger with that mayo and thick burnt batter. This is something I expect from a lower grade eatery like mc donalds; not somewhere I pay for quality, service and taste at triple the price!!! definitely Has lost its quality and consistency!!!
