The store was not busy and there were maybe 4 staff and I was waiting at the counter for a good amount of time before someone even acknowledged me. I ordered two smoothies. One had the consistency of a juice and had what seemed to be plastic bits in it. I thought it might be from the pineapple but it was truly unedible. Paid $7 for a tiny little smoothie. However the wait was 25 minutes which is incredibly disappointing AND the bloke was in absolutely no hurry whatsoever. However, he did take the time to put up a “10+ minute wait” sticky note which should probably have been corrected to “20+”.
