I came here last year with my friends for a coffee catch up and ordered an iced Mocha, specifically asking for no cream. My order arrives with cream and I quickly noticed it as soon as the waitress put it on our table. Before she left I stopped her and told her that I ordered the drink with no cream. The waitress was very rude and unprofessional, she dismissed my request and she said she already made it. I was honestly, shocked that she was reluctant taking the drink back to make me a new one, and the right one. Thankfully, I had a whole group of girls to back me up and demanded I should get what I ordered.

Eventually, she gave me the drink but she was never apologised. I'm not a very confrontational person but I believe if my friends weren't there, the waiter would've just ignored me and served the next customer. I used an online ordering app and received a text stating that my order wasn't completed. Unfortunately, the online ordering menu app is subpar and I would not recommend using it.

I ordered a Korean Tofu salad, but what I received did not include coriander or mint, despite the menu indicating that these ingredients were included. The menu description mentioned 'Thai-style dressings,' and I assumed coriander and mint would be included based on the photo displayed. This discrepancy feels like false advertising to me, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

When I inquired about the missing coriander and mint, I was informed that there was no delivery today and also they were considered garnishes.

My partner and I went to coffee club new market for breakfast and ordered what we usually order southern friend chicken, changed mayoslaw to normal salad instead x2 and hot drinks. Payed everything and waited for about 15 minutes then an indian lady came to our table asking to pay for extra cost of changing to normal salad. Ive told her i have been their customer and other branches as well for years and years. I’ve ordered same food but i never had to pay any extra cost.
