I was at a table of three I haven't been for over a year my goodness how the service by the staff has fallen. We asked if the music be turned down slightly being of the gold card age it was extremely hard to hear,when we asked we were met by no action the music played on. Service while it was mid morning and had a steady flow of customers but we had to wait to have our order taken it was appalling to see the staff dancing to the music while drinks were not being made .Twenty two minutes later our drinks arrived have sat on the counter to the point no more could placed so finally started taking them out ,tables were lefted unclear while staff just stood about. Just wanted to review and say the manager on shift today was excellent! We had an issue with our order that resulted in waiting over an hour for our food whilst others at our table had recieved their food and finished long before we got our food. It's a public holiday and was quite busy so we understood that stuff happens but after an hour we were ready to just leave. Right as we were ready to go our food came out. Manager on shift was very understanding and empathetic to the situation and handled everything so kindly and professionally. She is the sole reason this review wasn't one star. This mōrena, I visited #robertharriscoastlands for breakfast.

Was quite busy for early mōrena,with a ka pai mixture having breakfast or just an early morning kāwhe.

Service was excellent, ka pai choice of indoor & outdoor seating. Kāwhe and smoothie arrived in a timely manner and were followed by some scrumptious kai.

Wasn't long before the plate was empty. Atmosphere was pleasant, quiet music playing in the background, hum of conversation, sounds of kāwhe being made.

Overall, I was quite impressed.
