I’ve just popped in to the sprig in thorndon ( tinakori meets Bowen) for a couple of delicious hazy beers n 2 x pizzas, a margarita and blue cheese and kale, both very yummy and arrived quickly which was a treat as I was hungry and was thinking of somewhere to eat at an affordable price. So happy I made the call to come here, no stress, very chilled , service was given by staff that genuinely care. Such a friendly place ( even dog 🐕 friendly) which was nice. Read moreThis is one of my favourite bars in Wellington. The vibe is laid back and friendly, there's no annoying distractions such as TV's, pool tables, gaming machines and so forth, so you can sit with your friends have have an actual conversation. Novel!
The selection of beers is also awesome - they serve their own Sprig and Fern beers on tap (I've never bothered to check what they have in bottles) all of which are very good, and some are outstanding - looking at you Fern Draught!
