Subway — Restaurant in West Coast

Really disappointed in this establishment. My husband and I have been here a few times now and every single time we are left waiting ages to order even if there is no one else in the shop. They struggle to make more than 1 sandwich at a time. For a while there they never heated our meat separately (which is a health and safety regulation) and half the time the meat is still cold, today my chicken was practically cold and super chewy… Not to mention the fact that if my husband decides to order 2 subs, he’s all the way at the till ready to pay and they haven’t even asked what I want to order… The staff really need to work on streamlining their process because it’s just absolutely ridiculous. The staff also shouldn’t be busy talking to their partners instead of serving customers. It’s absolutely astonishing. Either learn some good customer service or don’t work in a job that involves having to deal with customers!!

Pretty rough. I travel for my job and always stop at Subway as I like everything about the food chain. This one was rough. Not clean - like building supplies and old equipment stacked up against customer tables, the place just didn't seem clean.

The quality was bad, the lettuce was well and truly past the best before. A lot of ingredients not available because they told me they didn't order any.

They wouldn't listen to me when I answered their questions and would put the wrong stuff on or miss fillings.

I went twice during my trip and both times the sandwich was poorly constructed. As soon as I picked it up everything just fell out. I'm pretty sure the sub I had for lunch today wasn't folded closed when...

Possibly the worst subway in nz.. or even the worst place to eat in nz every.. I’ll never never never set foot in place again.. Had a blt melt I’m from east coast didn’t open it untill got to the pass 1hour down the road. My turkey was off and pretty much walked out the car on its own.. rung once had signal to tell them they need to change there meat out.. was asked if wanted a tissue to wipe my tears…. Asked to talk to owner after that comment, was told even if they where here they wouldn’t want to talk to you. The lady on the till was lovey.. I feel sorry for her.. the others where = with mud crabs.. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS NO ONE CARES AND THE MEAT ETC IS OFF BUT STILL GETTING...
