Food: if you want high quality, consistent, amazing food, this is your spot! Never had Vietnamese food? Give it a try! Pretty much no where else in Nicaragua serves Vietnamese food and I can gaurentee you. Here they do it best. The owner and chef is as passionate about food as you will find, not just in Nicaragua. But anywhere. The food is slightly higher in price but the quality is beyond what you find elsewhere. Everything is made in house, every menu item. Every sauce, everything.

Service: this place makes you feel like your at home and your family. I was telling the owner how I have been missing a specific food item and couldn't find it anywhere. He said no problem and to let him know when I would be back In town next and he will make it for me. Even though it wasn't on the menu! And he did exactly that. He personally went in the kitchen and made us the food next time we were in town and it was great! No where else is going to give you this service.

This place is a hidden gem in San Juan and Nicaragua in general, you have to at minimum give it a try once, but I think if you do, you will be back like the majority of the regulars...

Pho was good, tasty even.. Not worth +$25 cnd! (insane price for a bowl) Mentioned it to the owner cheekly and Larry did not take well to this lmao... wanted to "educate" me on how much 1 single bowl of soup should cost in Latin America, got very animated, was kinda hilarious, should have asked for a menu, prices were not listen anywhere, my fault.. think they just opened this place it was a year ago now but the experience stuck with me... been waiting to leave a review cause before they didnt have a google page last year.. Anyways, rude, drunk know-it-all owner, soup was good though can't say it wasnt, staff also chill and friendly as was Larry's Vietnamese partner, nice guy.. If the big man wants to own up to this incredibly unprofessional behaviour I'd probably turn it to 5 stars cause the pho was solid and maybe the prices are now not...
