Happy Fingers — Restaurant in Lagos State

I visited your restaurant this evening for the first time and was very disappointed with the service. One of your servers told me a portion of white rice was ₦800 without explaining that it was per spoon, not per portion, even though I specifically asked how much a portion costs. When I asked for clarification, she seemed distracted and uninterested.

Another staff stepped in to continue since she seemed uninterested, and that was when it was clarified that a portion actually costs ₦1,600, which equals two scoops. This was quite confusing. At first, I got upset and said I wasn’t interested anymore since the information wasn’t clear, but I later requested that my food be microwaved.

The supposed supervisor (male) then instructed the server to put the food back into the bain-marie instead of serving me, and I was ignored while my friend received her food.

This shows poor communication and a lack of attention...

There are nice little touches like the branded cups and the graffiti. But there really is no stand out feature here that ensures a return trip. It's all rather run of the mill in fact. Which is a shame considering the upmarket location. A little extra would have them killing it. Just a little...

The space is really clean, cool and properly arranged.

The staff were very friendly, open to recommending dishes, and were happy to serve.

The food was tasty and fresh.
