If you want to enjoy authentic Chinese dishes, ask them to prepare the food the traditional Chinese way. I had a nice chat with the owner, who explained that they have adjusted the flavors to suit the local taste. As a Chinese myself, I requested the dishes be cooked in the authentic style — and the result was far superior to what we had at Nihao in Svolvær, Lofoten. I would say this place is rather overrated. I came with a high expectation from the food reviews in Google and TripAdvisor but I have to say I’m a little disappointed. The selection of food is quite limited and not at all Beijing cuisine (except for just the roast duck dish).
