If you want to enjoy authentic Chinese dishes, ask them to prepare the food the traditional Chinese way. I had a nice chat with the owner, who explained that they have adjusted the flavors to suit the local taste. As a Chinese myself, I requested the dishes be cooked in the authentic style — and the result was far superior to what we had at Nihao in Svolvær, Lofoten.
