The best sushi I had in Europe! 🍣

Never had I imagined that I would say that about the sushi from this place, after walking past it for the first time. I've had sushi a dozen times in Europe and this place, without a doubt topped all the sushi I had in previous places in Europe

Don't let the looks from the outside deceive you, as it might not look like the fanciest sushi restaurant, but I've been to fancy looking restaurants which did not even serve half the quality of Yuuka Yuuka

To top it off, the owner is just the kindest and most hard working person I've seen in Tromsø too!

Definitely recommend this place to anyone...

I'm grateful that they have many alternatives to farmed fish, which I avoid. I had a maki 25 with soft shell crab (179 kr) and maki 50 with scallop (159 kr). Both were good, but small portions for the prices. I would also try the vegetarian sets if they had a wider variety of ingredients in them and were not just based on sweet beancurd skin.
