Restaurant Kommandanten — Restaurant in Trondheim

We had the Julebord from our sports association here. The food was very very good. I had Pinnekjøtt of very good quality, the meat was plenty, actually too much meat for the amount of potato and stompe. The people who had ribbe and the vegetarian food also were happy. The price was about 360 NOK without any drink except for tab water of course, so that was quite expensive. The location itself was very nice, much candle light so it was very cosy, the service was also nice. Unfortuantely, we had to be out by 10 'o clock already (It was on a weekday though). As a negative point was the room itself. We were 22 people which was ok for the size of the room, but the acoustic was horrible. The service was unfortunately as bad as the food. I received the invoice after two months with a three-day deadline, when confronted that they would receive the payment after two weeks the restaurant threatened to send the bill straight to debt collection. +1 start for the location...
