Disappointing Experience at Felfela Muscat
I recently visited Felfela Muscat and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being a paying customer, I felt disregarded and disrespected by the staff. It was evident that they were showing preferential treatment towards Omani customers, leaving others, including myself, waiting without any explanation or acknowledgment.
I encountered a frustrating situation where I honked twice for assistance, and despite promises of a brief wait, I was ignored, while the same staff attended promptly to Omani patrons. This unequal treatment not only made me feel undervalued as a customer but also deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed.
Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful establishment, and it's disheartening to witness such blatant discrimination. All customers should be treated with equal respect and importance, regardless of their background. Sadly, this was my experience at Felfela Muscat.
I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure that every customer, regardless of their nationality, receives the service they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend Felfela Muscat to others based on my...
Read moreFood was really average and the falalfel I ordered was very old and felt like it was cooked yesterday and served today. There is this specific waiter, who has to be checked on as he is very disrespectful in customer service. I saw him talk disrespectfully to few customers and when my turn came I saw a similar scenario. He talked with alot of arrogance and disrespect with me and made me purposely wait longer for the order. He even tried to cheat by not returning the change back until I found out. I would like the management to have a look at him and take the necessary action. The previous muscat bakery staff were so good in customer dealings. I have attached the photo of the person below. I would like the owner to please do the needful and take necessary action...
Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience at Falafel Muscat recently. A Bengali steward at the restaurant not only argued with me but also with other customers. I had clearly ordered a chicken plate, but he insisted that I asked for beef and refused to accept his mistake.
What shocked me even more was his behavior—he spoke very harshly, almost tried to raise his hand, and showed complete disrespect toward the customers. This is unacceptable in any service setting, especially in hospitality where customer service should be a priority.
Restaurants should ensure their staff are trained in proper communication and respect toward customers. I hope Falafel Muscat management takes this seriously and...
