I would severely caution tourists from coming to this bar due to the truly sketchy service. We had a great time at the actual bar itself, and we even met another group to hang out with after the bar closed at curfew. But our waiter ran after us and followed us down the street - one block away - and demanded another $90 from us. He said he forgot to charge us for the “other” drinks we had. When we told him we believe that we paid in full, he began begging and taking about his “niños.” He did not have a receipt to show us.
We didn’t know what to do: a waiter from a credible restaurant (that we went to twice on our trip) was saying we owed extra. We didn’t have the itemized receipt to challenge this. It was about to be curfew in a foreign country, and we had a few drinks. The waiter could have told the police that we were ‘dine and dashers’. We were flying home the next day. Plus our new friends that we met would have left us if we got into a prolonged argument with him or went back to the restaurant (wonder if he knew this). So I paid.
Now that I’m back from our trip I compared what we paid against what we ordered and it seems very doubtful that we owed an additional $90. We got a bottle of champagne and additional drinks for our group and paid about $300 at the bar. The champagne was 150 and the drinks were about 100. Plus tax and tip - about $50. What is the other $90 for?
The waiter who did this was a tall man with a heavy-pomade parted “fade up” haircut.
Whether he was correct and made a mistake, or whether this was a street “shakedown,” the whole situation was bad. Because I paid, we had great last night with our new friends - but be warned: Don’t leave without an itemized receipt. Otherwise, it is a nice venue.
Edit: I couldn't find an email for the restaurant, appreciate the reply, and hate giving 1 star for just the last five minutes with probably just one staff member. I just wanted to clarify that I would give this place a solid...
Read moreWhen we arrive they closed fast the personal door. We saw some cocktail glasses in there hand, but didn’t think about it.
After waiting for almost 20 min and then ask if they where open or closing. They where open, after another 10 min one of us ask if somebody will help us. Then he came and almost trow the drink menu on the table and walk away.
Then i realize what the drinks where probably they where having there own cocktail party with the staff during they where open.
We left and didn’t drink anything, you understand they didn’t say or ask anything. Search the place on google and the other reviews compare to my experience.
Seriously bad, unbelievable. I would fire all of them if i am the boss. Drinking and having fun together while i’m paying salary. Looks nice but staff is worse.

Read moreAfter having gone to Casacasco or something like that and having had a bad experience, we went off to Vista. It didn’t necessarily look open as there wasn’t anyone up front to help direct us but we still went up. As soon as we sat down Javier clocked us and told his colleague to give us menus. To which he did immediately.
Soon after Javier came and got our drinks. He was so kind, funny and accommodating. We made jokes, we laughed, we exchanged names etc.
Drinks were amazing! Vibes were great, music was perfect. We had a great time. Thank you so...
