Diego, the knowledgeable barista who owns and runs the place, is a true master of the craft, culture and history of coffee. He will be able to make a simple shot of espresso turn into a unique and special coffee experience.

Kafi Wasi offers serious, delicious and artful drinks. They produce extraordinary coffee at the highest standards, but also do so with consistency, day after day (we went every day -even twice a day- for our coffee!)

We went to Kafi Wasi twice when we stayed in Arequipa. The outdoor dining space is very cute especially when it’s sunny. The presentation of food and beverages is nice—garnished with flowers and fruits.

We loved that our food was fresh! Everything made there felt like it was prepared with love and care. The service was great as well— nothing was forgotten and our request to have less salt for our dishes was honored.

Wow..! Great! Extensive variety of ways to prepare coffee are available, the owner is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He let us smell numerous different Peruvian coffees to choose from with different flavours for the Aeropress which make your mouth water. The vegan chocolate mousse is also super tasty.
