For the 4.8 stars of reviews, we had high expectations for the food. Sadly, we were disappointed.

This 3-star rating is for the food.

The Chicarrón Mixto was truly mediocre — both in presentation and in taste. It was a small portion of seafood, and it was overcooked. It sat on a bed of fried yellow crispy plantains, the same ones served with the corn nuts as the finger food starter while you wait for your meal. We had hoped for something better.

The two other dishes we had were better, but not by much.

The server was kind and attentive.

5-stars for the gorgeous setting.

Come here for “drinks only” and enjoy a beautiful ambiance — then this is your place.

Just eat somewhere else if your goal is to savor a high-quality...
