Hace días hablé con la dueña directamente viéndola a la cara y le pregunté qué posibilidades había de hacer una entrega a 20 pasos de su establecimiento? Ya q no me dejan salir del trabajo. Le expliqué q soy su vecina y si había algún recargo por acercarme los cafés lo cual ella respondió que recargo nooooo había ninguno ya q estábamos muy cerca. El servicio se prestaba sin problemas. Hasta me entrego varias tarjetas de presentación con el número a dónde podíamos hacer el pedido. Mi jefa al día siguiente es la q hace el pedido por la tarde la cual jamás le respondieron por ese número, decide llamar y la persona q le respondió le dice q no pueden ya q el cobro si o si se debe de realizar y el mínimo es de 6 soles. Mi jefa le explica detalladamente todo y las palabras de la dueña y la empleada le dice q no es así. Quedando en consultar y responder a la brevedad. Cosa q no sucedió.
