Burger and Beer is a cozy little restobar with a great rustic design. The service is friendly and efficient. I ordered a double burger as the extra patty was only 8 soles more. Well it was huge (400 grams) of beef. The menu allows one to choose type of meat, bun and toppings and mark down your own order; including drinks. Very mediocre burgers. When I came here around 7 pm, there was nobody else inside and it took like 40 minutes to get the burger. They did not add the blue cheese I paid for or onions. The bun is sugary and way too sweet and the fries are flavorless. You can get a much better burger for 1/3 the price down the street. I don't understand how a place like this has a perfect rating.
