Hotel is good and we loved staying there, I will leave a very thorough and constructive feedback to improve the general customers' experience. Location is very good, very close to plaza de armas. We've been in 2 rooms: the first had a portable electric heater but the window directly on the street, with people passing by just a couple of meters away, while the other had a very nice view of the city with no view of the street, and we didn't need the heater (which was not present); both rooms were clean enough, even if there is a moquette. Breakfast was good enough, with little to no change every day. Staff could be a little bit more attentive and react quicker to the customers' requests: 1) when we came we defined the days when we would have tours, in order for them to prepare a breakfast box to go; the first day there was a sandwich with only a couple of small slices of cheese, a snack and a banana, without even juice or water (very poor) while the second day they didn't even prepare anything! The guy at the reception after couple of minutes gave us a box with a fruit, snack and a juice, which in the end is comparable to what they gave us the first day. They have a book where they take notes, I suggest to set up a different mechanism; 2) after two days, we asked to have our towels changed (only because they were very wet, otherwise we would have kept them), and after 10 minutes I had to personally go down again in order to remind and have them; 3) we arrived early on the first day, and they made us leave our baggage in the storage room: when we came back for the check-in, we had to wait a lot in the room and finally go ourselves to take our baggage, I would expect they were already in the room or at least a quicker reaction, so we could start unpacking; 4) finally, we agreed a payment fee (that could slightly change since it was in dollar, for the conversion factor) at the check-in but at the checkout they asked for a very different price (close to 20% more, depending if cash or card), and even said that if paid with a card there would be an increase of 5% (in contrast with the price asked just seconds before), while nothing had been mentioned during the initial agreement: in the end we paid the initial agreed amount but nonetheless this was not nice to have to discuss again while the taxi was waiting to bring us to the airport.

My overall experience was great. I would highly recommend it; the rooms are nicely setup, the staff is attentive, courteous, and friendly. The dining space is beautiful; there's a glass ceiling and artwork on the walls. I had dinner here multiple times, the food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, they often checked how we were handling the altitude. My wife and I were affected by the altitude at first. I plan to return to Cusco and look forward to staying with them again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The building is an old stone house as a base and it has been perfectly modified to give the feeling of old construction with modern commodities. We had an awesome city view room that was, like our Host described, like having an LED screen on all the time. The staff are wonderful people. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Definitely planning on a future trip to the wonderful city of Cusco and another stay at Sueños del Inca.

We were glad to notice that one of the front desk clerk was communicating with us in French, we thought our experience would be memorable… unfortunately, it was the best experience.|We were sent to the 4th floor, without any elevator. It was a problem for us, but, I wouldn’t like to see my parents having to climb 4 floor affected by high elevation.|Once at our door, the employee that was taking us through the labyrinth of stairs ask us for the key… what? What Key? No one has the key… we let the employee run back down to get the key.|The room… small, smelly (the water smells and leave a unpleasant odour). But, everything is clean.|Shower has great pressure and water temperature.|We stayed for 3 nights, as soon we checked-in, we ask for a late check-out, and our first desk clerk said she will see to accommodate us. |The hotel checkout is at 9:00 am and our plane was leaving at 5:00 pm, I requested to checkout at noon. We haven’t herded any news, so we ask again on our last night to a different desk clerk, and she was not flexible for the noon checkout. So I ask for 10:00 am. And again, she wasn’t flexible. So I ask for 30 min extra and we agree on the 9:30 am checkout.|That next morning, we were relaxing in the room before our departure, it was 9:15 and we received a call from the front desk that was requesting us to leave the room for the checkout. This experience with the time of our checkout disappointed us. |Other then that, the overall staff are very attentive and caring. |The facility is a unique old structure that have preserved the charismatic, but, don’t suite to everyone.|Wifi is slow.|sound proof is good.|Beds confort are…ok. Not bad, and not the best… but that’s a personal opinion.|Breakfast are good… but coffee are cold and eating room is cold in the morning.|It’s near everything! Very well located!|We paid USD $100/night (as a couple, room for 2), I believe with all the staff available, it’s justified the price, but I wouldn’t pay this price again for...

Great location in the heart of the tourist center gives easy access to restaurants, the main plaza, attractions, and markets. Complementary breakfast was also good and offered a good selection. Prices for rooms are reasonable. Also have laundry service for 10 Sol/kilo completed within a day.

However, there were a lot of issues that would prevent me from recommending this hotel. The rooms are extremely small with limited space and small beds. I believe we were supposed to get a deluxe room but front desk had a mix-up and gave us a standard room. Regardless, the largest beds here are full sized which barely fit two people. Rooms don't have much ventilation and can get very humid/uncomfortable if you take a shower (hotel is in an older colonial building.

Front desk staff spoke English but were very inattentive; when I asked questions I felt like I was inconviencing them. Checkin process is slow and borderline awkward taking three times as it should; they wouldn't give us the room keys up front and required the bell hop to bring up luggage. Got poor restaurant recommendations from them which I gladly ignored after a quick Google lookup.

WiFi is very slow/barely usable, especially if you want to upload/backup pictures from your trip. You're better off getting a Sim card and using mobile data if you want something functional.

This is an older building meaning older plumbing, thin walls and no elevators. While no elevators weren't a problem for me, I could often hear people panting while they walked up the stairs through the door. You can also hear the alarms of adjecent rooms.

Bottom line, okay for the price but I would look elsewhere such as an Airbnb or another hotel if you want a comfortable experience. I would only recommend if you're travelling alone, have a good travel plan and won't be spending much time...
