This bar lies within the Marriott Palacio del Inka and is an easy find for a quality pisco sour. We had a tour of the hotel and this culminated with our bartender Miguel sharing his approach to making a Pisco Sour. We enjoyed the experience, the company of our group, and of course the service provided by Miguel. We all know how to make this beverage now and hope to use it back home.

Very nice atmosphere that’s on the quieter side, which is perfect after a long day. Excellent drinks and food, from snacks to full meals, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Live music tonight (Friday) was wonderful.

Loved the pisco sour class! Daniel is very entertaining. They grabbed us some snacks apropos nothing which is appreciated. DJ played great tracks.

Really nice bar in the center of Cusco, the staff gives you a great service and is really friendly. The bar itself is located inside one of the old palace of the Incas. The ambience is really good, from the inside you can check an old Inca wall and a lot of original local paintings from the XVII and XVII century. It has the best Pisco sour of the city and if you come by at 6pm they have an excellent class that would make you a Pisco...

Great pisco sours made by Christian. He made a regular pisco sour and a maracuya sour and by far the best pisco sours in Cuzco. Service was great! Christian was very attentive and provided professional and prompt service with a dash of humour. Christian also helped us with tips for the train. We had the hamburgers and the tacos and it was good.
