Overall, a good experience considering the 5 minute boat trip to and from the restaurant. The food itself is alright, maybe not for the price. I got the vegetarian risotto, which was pretty good. My friend got a chicken dish in which part of the chicken appeared pink. The chonta was a unique side that came with our dishes- it’s from a local plant and tastes very fresh and light. The camu camu juice was refreshing. Service was good yet a bit slow. You can come here for the experience of eating on a floating restaurant, and a pool-party like atmosphere (there is a fairly large pool with deck). This is the Amazon, and an outdoor restaurant, so there will be insects. A lot of them. One or two made their way into our food and our hair, but then we moved to another table closer to the center of the restaurant. Hola!! Tenia grandes expectativas con respecto a este restaurant y vaya que me ha sorprendido pero por su pesimo servicio. Hice una reserva con 15 dias de antelación, el día de la reserva me contacto con la agendadora, le indico q tenia una reserva a la 1:30 pm y pregunto a q hr. Debia tomar el bote, me indica a la 1:15 pm. Llegue al embarcadero a esa hr. Tuve q esperar 20 min que llegara el bote (sin ningun problema). Al llegar al restaurant indico que tengo una reserva a la 1:30 en el area de piscina, me contesta que mi reserva no es efectiva ya que la hr de llegada era de 12 a 1 pm algo totalmente absurdo ya que tenia reserva y nadie me notifico esto. Le pido q corrobore la informacion en mi chat y el muy despota y prepotente me deja hablando sola y llama por tlf a la agendadora. Negandose a darnos la mesa y haciendonos pasar un mal rato. Le volvi a insistir q revisara mi chat, reviso la lista de reserva y le dijo al mesonero q validara si la mesa estaba disponible aun (la cual si estaba) y nos dejo pasar. Sin ningun tipo de disculpa por el inconveniente. Al pasar el rato me doy cuenta q solo su inconveniente fue conmigo xq seguia llegando personas de reservas y hasta sin reservas como funcionarios del sunat.

Con respecto a la atención, el mesonero servicial y atento, lastima que para un espacio con capacidad de 60 personas (lo cual habia ese dia) solo hayan 2 personas atendiendo. Por lo tanto el servicio fue lento, la espera hasta de 20 min por un coctel. La cocina cierra a las 5 pm lo cual nadie nos informo y no alcanzamos a pedir el fondo.

Rescato que las dos entradas que pedimos en mesa mas los coctel estaban divino y obvio el lugar que se vende...

Hugely overrated - the experience of getting the boat to the floating restaurant was great and the land-side entrance looked like it was going to be fantastic. On arriving at the restaurant it had more of a holiday park cafe vibe. The food was distinctly average - not hot when it was served and fish not even cooked through.
