I had the classic baked fish which came with two sides of your choice - I chose rice and salad. This dish was on point and the salad fresh. I also had the fried sweet plantain with cheese - the plantain was slightly unripe or undercooked. The owner kindly gave me some complimentary green plantain chips which are the best such chips I’ve ever had - freshly fried with no oily residue taste and perfectly crispy.
