I would actually recommend this company even though we didn't get what we payed for and our experience in some ways was bad.

So, we actually wrote a list on all the things wrong with our trip, presented it to the agency and demanded 25% of what we payed back to us. They gave us 12,5%, which is good according to me.

Why? A few reasons were: We were supposed to go 2 persons with a guide, assistant and driver but was paired up with two others and didn't get the assistant. The ones we were paired up with were fishing-lovers and we are vegans. We were promised not to fish. The guide didn't understand English very well, which the company promised. The guide was really sexist and lied (or joked, hard to tell at times) a lot. Quite much more

That aside. It was obvious that the guide was very used to the jungle. He didn't communicate with us enough, though, even if we requested it several times.

What we realized when we talked to the company was that they didn't even know about most our problems before we told them. It was all on the guide and those who arranged it in the reserve.

What to learn from this review: Ask who the guide is. If his name is Edwin: refuse to have him. They actually promised not to hire...

We had a 4 day excursion in the Natural Reserve and truly enjoyed it. The tour was well organised and our tour guide Roger was really great, making it a unique experience; with a lot of knowledge to share about the jungle and taking good care of us and shaping the schedule together with us according to our wishes and needs. Strongly recommended! Best option is the smallest group possible, we were just 2, me and my friend , plus the guide and a driver. The tour had it all: boat trip in the river for relaxing moments, hiking inside the jungle, canoeing in the river for more action and great views and spotting of wild animals, sleeping one night in a beautiful lodge in a small village, camping 2 nights inside the jungle, fishing and then cooking the fish for dinner and best of all, swimming in the river. Only thing to suggest as an improvement would be to add a bit more vegetables and fruits in the meals. Big thanks for this wonderful experience! Kalliopi...

The tour was incredible! The tour company organised a pick from airport to our hotel and explained about how the tour will be. We booked the tour through WhatsApp message. We really appreciate their trust.

We did all the activities of the tour, and we really enjoyed it to the full. We had a full jungle experience starting from the food till seeing and petting the animals. Our guide Marcos, was doing really great job. He explained about jungle, the trees and plants and allowed us to enjoy things on our own pace. We never felt rushed. We enjoyed good food and also had moments to rest! Everything was really great 👍

This tour company has been amazing. We really recommend it, and don't look for the other tour company. I'm thinking that other companies can't deliver better service and tour than this company.
