Beso Francés Crepería - Cafetería — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

A shocking experience. We came as a family so that my older child could enjoy a crepe with a view. I also needed to warm up my baby’s milk so I asked the staff for some hot water. They responded that they cannot give me any because they don’t give away cups. I said that I will happily pay. My baby was hungry and it was cold outside and I needed to put their bottle into warm water. The staff responded that it’s not possible because they don’t have any cups to put just hot water in. I asked what about the paper cups they sell hot drinks in. They responded it’s not possible. It was NOT POSSIBLE for them to sell me a cup of hot water so that I can feed my baby. So, I ordered a cup of tea thinking that’s the most neutral thing I can dip the baby bottle into. I went to the one with the ocean view, near the Villena bridge, the place is a dream, but it tooks +20 minutes for a crepe and a smoothie, they didn't serve at the table either and they only have these little tables that you can move because they can use the city's railings, you can identify them because they have the business logo, by the way, dirty or made of very poor quality wood or old, they don't look good at all. I mention this because they can use the spot, it's a large space for at least 4 small tables, with +4 personnel I saw that afternoon, they can attend with better attitude and look more organized, neat and tidy and get more quality, specially because it's a touristic city. Five star for the view . 4 star for the crepes. Good spot to relax and watch sunset while sipping coffee or having a crepe. My Crepe and cappuccino were good. One issue I faced with the language . No one speaks a single word of English and my translator app also want able to help much but somehow I got my crepe at the end . All folks there have smiling faces. Loved my time there .
