Water falling out of the celling! STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR THINGS GETTING WET!!!!

The celling has holes apparently and they have been dripping water during all of the night and morning. When I woke up I have discovered that buckets were put where the water dripped EXCEPT IN WHERE WERE ALL OF MY STUFF.

My suitcase got flooded with all of my clothes inside getting soaked wet. All of the morning I got clothes out and tried to dry them. In the middle of it, a crew member entered and when confronted with this situation he said “things like that happens”.

In the reception I have talked with a manager that told me that the only solution they can offer is drying my clothes for free, but I had to drive to another city the same day didn’t have the time to wait for it. They have not given any other solution such as a refund or anything else. When I told them I will make a bad recommendation about it they were super mean to me and urged me to get out of the hostel. They also took a photo of me in a command of the manager.

In general the place is super noisy at night due to the parties they make at the rooftop. Rooms are super crowded with 10-12 people. Also the crew opened the light of the room occasionally during the early morning. Furthermore there are not much showers and toilets for all of the people and I had to wait for my turn.

In general - bad service, things are getting wet, not enough facilities for the amount of people in there. STAY AWAY...

Just the right atmosphere in their outside dining area. Dim amber lights, perfect soft jazz music, trees. Priced right. it's not Michelin and you shouldn't expect Michelin for the price. Cocktails I thought were light on alcohol. Just about everywhere else I've been I'm tiddly on two Cocktails. Here I was still very much sober. Inside dining areas I'd suggest they need to seriously dim the lighting. They have the brightest harsh white lights inside. Wild horses couldn't drag me in there. Coffees aren't stingy. Decent cup size unlike many other cafes in Lima. Mildly frustrating, for a country that doesn't have a USA tipping culture, when presented with the bill they say 'service isn't included here'. If that's the case, management need to pay their staff a proper wage. Staff are not slaves afterall. I also noticed only gringos are asked to tip. Not locals. I would say, not all gringos come from a USA...

Tuvimos una experiencia absolutamente DESASTROSA en este establecimiento. En mayo celebremos mi cumpleaños y todo salió bien, ya que un señor y una señorita nos atendieron; pero en nuestra segunda visita, el servicio fue de LO PEOR. El personal fue descortés, desorganizado y grosero, y no nos asignaron una mesa a pesar de esperar más de una hora. Incluso nos negaron una mesa que habíamos pedido amablemente debido a una necesidad médica.

También el vigilante nos gritó injustificadamente al llegar por no recordar por donde se ingresa, los meseros fueron GROSEROS y poco atentos, y la gestión del local parecía desinteresada y no se preocupó por resolver nuestro problema. La falta de respeto y la mala atención por parte de varios empleados nos hizo decidir no regresar.

Es INACEPTABLE que un establecimiento que se supone debe ofrecer un servicio amable y acogedor trate a sus clientes de esta manera, como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor 🙄. La comida no es tan buena como para justificar este trato. Hay mejores opciones en la zona con buena comida y atención al cliente. NO recomendamos este lugar a nadie.

Además, nos sentimos discriminadas y maltratadas. El trato fue terrible y no nos sentimos valoradas como clientes. No volveremos a este lugar y seguiremos compartiendo nuestra mala experiencia con amigos y familiares.

We had a horrible experience at this café. In May, I celebrated my birthday with some friends at this place, and everything went well, but on our second visit, the service was the WORST. The staff was rude and disorganized, we weren't assigned a table despite waiting for over an hour outside in the cold weather. They even denied us a table we had politely requested due to a medical need. The security guy unjustifiably yelled at us for not remembering the entrance, the waiters were rude and inattentive, and the management seemed uninterested and didn't bother to solve our problem. The lack of respect and poor attention from several employees made us decide not to return. It's UNACCEPTABLE that an establishment that's supposed to offer a friendly and welcoming service treats its customers this way, as if they were doing us a favor. The food isn't good enough to justify this treatment. There are better options in the area with good food and customer service. We DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Also, we felt discriminated against and mistreated. The treatment was terrible, and we didn't feel valued as customers. We won't be returning to this place and will continue sharing our bad experience with...
