I had the most unpleasant experience with the owner. I ordered the Almejas de Parmesan after it was recommended by the waiter. When it arrived it was so over cooked that I couldn’t chew or swallow it. I let the waiter know that I physically couldn’t eat it and he brought the owner over who said “that’s how it’s supposed to be. Everyone knows that almejas are hard to eat.” Then proceeded to eat one to prove a point and said they would take it off my bill but it would come out of the waiters check. This is the place , and very reasonably priced variety of food. We had grilled pulpo, Ceviche Mixto with a variety of items, and Seafood Marisco, closely resembling Spanish Paella. They DON'T skimp on the seafood for this dish. Fish, Shrimp, scallops, mussels and yellow rice. My favorite. The various fried shrimp and fried fish plates also looked...
