Great place, excellent service by our waitress. Great live music and drinks. The only inconvenience was that we were moved to a smaller table because a bigger group was coming. No problem with that, but only a single lady was sitting at the table, and when we asked, it was a lady from the location, a boss, or something. Well, that is very poor customer service. There was no need to move us, we were comfortable at that table, we were there for about an hour before we were asked to move just because the boss lady wanted that table. I had the most trash breakfast here and had the most trash service. My food was completely unseasoned and when I complained I was told that they don’t season food so the client can season it to their liking. Our server was more preoccupied with getting people into the restaurant than actually brining us our food. We were pretty much done eating by the time our coffee came out then I had to ask 3 times for milk for my coffee even though I told him that I wanted milk for my coffee when I initially ordered it. I wanted to take a moment to share our experience we had about two weeks ago involving a minor issue with my partner's drink. The speed at which the matter was resolved was truly impressive.
