I recently tried the ceviche, potato salad, and chicken fried rice, and each dish brought something unique to the table.
Ceviche: Super refreshing and flavorful. The fish was tender and fresh, with a perfect balance of citrus and heat. The red onions and cilantro added a nice bite, and the marinade had just the right amount of acidity. A great appetizer to wake up your taste buds. The dried corn added a perfect crunchy texture.
Potato Salad: Creamy and well-seasoned. The potatoes were cooked just right—not too firm or mushy. A subtle tang from the dressing made it more interesting than your average version.
Chicken Fried Rice: Surprisingly good! The rice had a nice texture—lightly crispy in parts, and not overly greasy. The chicken was juicy and well-marinated, and the veggies added good color and flavor. Definitely a solid comfort food choice.
The juice and jelly were icing on the cake!!

The only annoying thing is a TV that runs all the time. I would visit again any time and would recommend everyone to...

Even the ice cream dessert had some icy chunks and was hard to eat. This is not a diner that I would...
