We stumbled upon Intro Café Bar in Lima while searching for a great breakfast spot, and boy, did we hit the jackpot! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for a delicious morning meal. Let's talk about the food—wow! It was definitely above average. We started off with their freshly made-to-order shakes, and let me tell you, they were out of this world. The flavors were so vibrant and refreshing, and you could taste the care they put into sourcing high-quality ingredients. Now, onto the star of the show—the breakfast dishes. Intro Cafe is an awesome place to relax and get some great food, coffee and drinks. I’ve been to intro bar about 8 times now and the staff and atmosphere has always been great. My favorite dish is the Margarita Pizza. They make it better then basically all pizza places in Peru when it comes to authentic pizza, and that’s coming from a New Yorker!! Location is also great I sometimes go from Larcomar when shopping and towards the end of the day I’ll come here with friends. The only downside is the obnoxious panhandlers that literally come into the restaurant to ask for money or for you to buy something from them. I usually tell them I’m eating and to stop disrespecting me and the people I am with and they go away. Other then that Intro bar is an amazing place....

This was our first trip to Lima and we selected “Intro” for drinks based on its good reviews. We chose outdoor seating, and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy people watching while private enough not to interfere with our personal conversation. Although we went for drinks, we found the food to be fantastic! Perhaps the most enjoyable aspect of “Intro,” however, was our waiter.
