Great vibe, good prices for the area, staff needs to be checked. Had bad experiences 2 of the 3 times I went. First time arrived 15 min before kitchen closed. Our waiter watched us look at the menus for 20 mins without coming to us, then told us too late kitchen closed. When I voiced my displeasure in a calm way, he snapped back at me rudely. I asked to see the manager who let us still order food

3rd time I clearly stated To leave a 10 sol tip and the waitress entered 20 in the machine. 10 and 20 sound nothing alike. After the first experience, I decided to handle this issue on whatsapp. The manager did eventually refund me 10 soles which was nice, but made me basically have a long argument for it while he tells me all the things I did wrong and doesnt recognize that I was right. Then says hes sending me his own money to try to act liie its some huge favor to just refund me money I was ripped off from.

I went there las weekend, food had an amazing flavor. The good food was shadowed by finding a fly in my drink and the racist way how the Venezuelan server provided to me and my group of friends, such, throwing the forks at us asking for some hot sauce and only bringing one when we were 5 people there. We also had a lot of food. It was really hard for me to leave him a tip, but I felt it was necessary to leave some money for him maybe he uses it to get educated .

I think they should improve their customer service, train their servers, and sell Guinness since they have tons of advertising about that brand.
