Good: You can check in after midnight (but will have to pay the following day) Gym is very well-equipped and not ever busy (could have better fans/AC though) View from the 10th floor is great Breakfast is pretty solid. Lots of protein options. Good hours (6:30am to 10) WiFi is very fast Shower is well-designed and comfortable AC / temp control works very well Most of the staff are very nice. They were able to accommodate a room change due to loud noise issues
Bad: EXTREMELY poor sound insulation. The 2nd floor gym was so loud in my 3rd floor room starting at 6am that I had to request a room change. Then even on the 10th floor I could still hear the gym. And really loud bars nearby playing loud music until 4am even on weekdays. Do not stay here if you're a light sleeper. The only quiet hours are between 4am (when bars close) and 6am (when gym opens)! During a rare state of deep sleep, fire alarm went off briefly at 8am and then stopped. Elevator situation is horrible. One small elevator (fits like 4 people) for the entire hotel, and the stairway is inaccessible. Frequently wait multiple minutes to get in the elevator. Only hotel I ever encountered that requires physical photo ID if you bring guests to your room. A photo of ID is not sufficient. This really hampered my experience as they strictly enforced this and I could not bring my friend to my room. This level of security felt overbearing. Also the enforcement of this policy was very inconsistent. The security guards after midnight don't care, and only one of two front desk staff cared. Location is a blessing and a curse: very walkable to a lot of things, but very bad traffic during rush hour Room cleaning service arrived at 9:45am one day, before breakfast even ended. That seems way too early. Sauna you have to pay extra for To access filtered water, you have to go to the main lobby and ask staff or security to fill your water bottle up in the kitchen. This is pretty annoying. I wish there was self-service water station. I wish there was a light in the room kitchen area. Sink area is very dark. Late-night security guards don't really speak English Some of the white bath towels are discolored and fraying Music in the lobby is too loud on occasion My initial room did not even have a desk, but then my upgraded room was much nicer and had a desk Power outlet situation was bad in my first room. Only open outlet was...

This place is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable, no-frills stay in the heart of the city. The hotel features spacious apartments with essential amenities for both short and extended stays. While it's far from luxurious, it offers good value for money, particularly for travelers who appreciate the convenience of apartment-style accommodations. The overall vibe is relaxed, with a focus on practicality rather than extravagance. It’s a reliable base for exploring the area, especially if you're planning a longer stay or traveling with family.
LOCATION: The hotel's location in the Bellavista district is fantastic for those who want to be close to the vibrant Miraflores area but away from the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, with easy access to public transport. However, it can get a bit noisy at night, particularly from the street traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to keep that in mind.
DINE + DRINK: The Breakfast in the Lobby level restaurant is a very basic affair, but not bad for a complimentary offering
ROOM: We stayed in Room 604, which was a one bedroom suite, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:Sweet view of the cityscape ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: good quality toiletries
FACILITIES: The property has a very good gym, a laundry service, and a decent business center. However, apart from teh gym, most of the amenities are fairly basic for a longer stay, with no pool or major recreational facilities. The building itself is secure, with 24-hour reception, which adds a sense of safety and reliability.
SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of.
HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Wi-Fi is free, but its speed can be inconsistent, particularly during peak hours, which might be frustrating for remote workers. Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in...
Read moreI stayed at this hotel for 15 days over two bookings (the first being a test to see if I wanted to stay for the whole time). It has a great location and I could walk to the oceanside cliffs for paragliding, and had many restaurants and things to do in the area. For those that enjoy working on while they travel, it has a full sized gym on the second floor which is included for guests (and also has outside memberships). I normally join a local gym (Smart fit down there), but would not be needed for this hotel. The buffet breakfast does it job, and they do change a couple of things everyday -change out a meat, fruits, etc. The room itself was showing its age but clean; I found the bed wonderful and shower hot, and the rooms itself very large (stayed in the suit -extra cost was small). On friday and saturday nights the outside area gets very noisy late at night (5-6 am) due to nearby night clubs. I would suggest ear plugs for anyone who sleeps light. I used them, but i also use them in NYC as it can also get noisy! The best ones are silicone that mold into your ear...
