Miraflores City Hotel — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

The only good thing about this hotel is the price. It was cheap. As we entered the room it was clear that it hadn't been hoovered only moped with a very strong scented floor cleaner. When we asked the receptionist to get the room hoovered we've been old that the hotel doesn't own a hoover. This was shocking to us! Also after having a shower the bathroom smelled of sewage. As the hotel is located on the corner of two very busy streets it was incredibly noisy even with windows being closed. When we asked about breakfast we've been told that they deliver breakfast to the room (bread,butter, jam)and they call it intercontinental. What a joke. We have only requested coffee in the morning but we didn't get any as apparently the receptionist couldn't leave the desk. Would never never...

The location is excellent. If you enjoy walking and exploring, many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and we received room service every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and delivered directly to our room. You can schedule it in advance, and they are always punctual. 200 soles la noche. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y lujosas. Es complicado apagar las luces que están detrás de la cabecera porque el contacto está atrás de la cabecera. Con la tarjeta -llave tienes acceso a la luz eléctrica así que si se hospedan dos personas y una quiere salir, se queda sin los servicios en la habitación, porque la tarjeta se ocupa para usar el elevador y la tienes que dejar en recepción cada que sales. Al hacer la reservación me prometieron una habitación con vista al parque, que es justo el atractivo por el que iba, pero me asignaron una con vista a la calle 🙃 hice el reclamo pero no lo cambiaron que porque estaban llenos, solo se disculpo la recepcionista pero no otorgó ningun tipo de compensación. En mi habitación no hubo servicio de agua caliente, lo reporté en más de 4 ocasiones y hasta después de 2 horas ya servía, si es bastante molesto porque vine de un viaje largo y lo único que quería era tomar una ducha caliente...
