Started with a thin-crust pizza. Their sauce was amazing, and the crust was really thin and crunchy, making it great. Good combo of flavors.

Kept on going with a deep-dish pizza. Rocoto relleno one. Their crust has the right thickness. A lot of gooey cheese, and a great combo of flavors again. I haven't been able to find this same flavor anywhere else.

Of course, get ready to wait. Deep-dish pizzas can take up to 30 minutes to cook, and that's the usual for this kind of pizza. If you're too hungry, you can start with a thin-crust slice (they have them by the slice too), and then move over to the deep-dish, like I did.

More amazingly, at the time of writing, they only had 3 weeks of opening! They have great service, great food, with great flavors, and super friendly staff.

Average? Who said this place is average? Nothing about this resto is average! It starts with the very personal and accommodating service, explaining to you that they love what they're doing and that they do things differently and how and what. The drinks are carefully and deliberately chosen, there are craft beers on the menu and the pizzas are individually crafted as well. Take your time and let your waiter explain the differences and chose according to your personal taste. I had the blue cheese personal deep dish pizza and let me tell you, it was an explosion of taste in my mouth! The Raymi Craft beer from Cusco is not only affordable, but light yet tasty, perfectly going along with pizza during the day. I can't recommmend this venue enough. De verdad que decepcionante su restaurante. El canal de youtube de Ariana Bolo Arce , les hace tanta publicidad como las "mejores pizzas , pastas etc" pero de verdad que horror. El dia de ayer fui a su local a probar sus famosos platos que tanto promocionaban en redes sociales. Llegamos al local nos encontramos con las mesas sucias , los 2 chicos que atendian nos veian y seguian en el celular hasta que despues un rato me atendieron , pedi los macarrones con queso de distintos sabores y de verdad estuvo realmente mal , no se cual de los 2 estuvo peor. Sin sabor , super desabridos de verdad CUALQUIER COSA casi 23 soles por plato y totalmente desagrable no lo recomiendo para nada , los dos estaban super desagradables. Parecian una masa, harina cruda. Tambien habia pedido una deep dish y fue lo mismo 34 soles por una masa sin sabor pura cebolla de verdad que de HAWAIANA no tenia nada , creo que comer pan con ketchup tiene mas sabor que comer lo que nos dieron. Fue una burla practicamente toda su comida , lo unico que estuvo "bien" la chicha 8 soles que no fue nada del otro mundo pero almenos era comible no como sus demas platos. Las personas que estaban a nuestro lado , tambien comiendo ..veia sus expresiones de "desagrado" con la comida .Totalmente arrepentida de haber ido a ese sitio , de verdad que el canal de youtube de "ariana bolo arce" decepcion ..como pueden hacer publicidad de esa manera y engañar a las personas.
