Shawarmas Imperio — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I’m Not sure how shawarma turned into a sandwich with lettuce, thinly sliced potato chips, lettuce, and watered down garlic sauce but somehow this is how it is marketed in Peru…such a shame. It’s one thing if these changes they make to the sandwich taste good but they don’t!

For anyone wondering a chicken shawarma should have french fries, garlic sauce and chicken! And meat shawarma should have tomatoes, parsley, tahini...

Hey, we’re Vicky and Malte! Holy shit, there’s a good reason for the long wait! It was so incredibly delicious, and we ended up coming back many times.
