I have been to Japan many times but am not experienced with Peru Japanese food so my review can be biased.
This is one of the worst Japanese food I had in life.
Like around 20% of the ikura is broken. The rest of the ikura have strange bubbles inside. Was it frozen for a long time or … I cannot tell.

The wasabi is mediocre and the shouyu(soy sauce) has the wrong taste. It’s not the one for sashimi.
The yakizakana(grilled fish) has scale that’s not chewable.
The yakitori(skewered chicken) is not grilled at all. It’s like they heat it up and then pour sauce. There is no charcoal taste. It’s really bad.
The sushi rice is melted like glue. The texture is wrong.
