Happy Hour review only Husband and I had a heavy lunch so we didn't feel like having any dinner, just a couple of drinks. We walked around the Plaza de Armas and bet our money here. We made sure we can have drinks only and that they don't charge extra service fee (we heard about what they do to tourists in Aguas Calientes).
