Context: Weekend Dinner

Service: We were seated promptly upon arrival, which was great since we arrived before 6 p.m. Although our order took about 5 minutes, the staff promised our food would be ready in 25 minutes, and it came in 22 minutes. That’s a plus!

Atmosphere: The ambiance was somewhat average. The seating felt a bit cramped, impacting our meal's overall comfort.

Food: We decided to try the Set Menu D. The classic savory chicken maintained the same flavor we’ve experienced at their other branches. However, it could benefit from more seasoning or a flavorful sauce to enhance its taste. My kids particularly enjoyed the pancit bihon, which was well-seasoned and tasty. On the other hand, the pork steak and fish with tofu cause seemed to lack depth in flavor; while they were visually appealing, they didn't quite hit the mark taste-wise. The wonton soup, however, was a standout dish that was both delicious and satisfying.

Overall: Given the pricing, while we might consider returning if we’re short on options, exploring other restaurants in the mall seems more worthwhile for a better...

After a year, we did eat again at savory sm baguio to know kung nagbago na service nila,,,well....not really,,,,poor service parin.

Recently relocated,as of this posting,, but still in sm baguio,,we asked to be seated in a different location since sunlight was hitting us at the veranda,,one crew said "magugulo po ung table numbering", another said sarcastically "sa shakey's na lng"..how can table numbering be that difficult? And telling customers sa shakey's na lng,,,san nio po nakuha mga service crew ninyo? And finally, to top it off, our food was served after 45...

We were seated immediately as we arrived early for dinner. The receptionist was very friendly. The place is cramped when full as tables are placed near each other. You could hear whatever the other customers were talking about. Staff need to be more attentive as some are just standing daydreaming.
