Context: Father’s Day lunch We truly appreciated the attentive service, especially how they accommodated our request for kid-friendly utensils. However, we encountered some challenges with the ordering system. It would greatly enhance the experience if there were a proper order review feature upon checkout. This would help prevent issues caused by accidental clicks or change of mind. Improving the user experience on their platform, particularly in relation to navigation and order confirmation before sending to the kitchen, would be beneficial, especially since the tab operates at 30 fps and could be more responsive.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent—clean and conducive for conversation. We found the staff's friendly greetings and feedback to be pleasant rather than intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our time together without any discomfort from neighboring tables.

Regarding the food, we loved most of our selections; however, the Teishoku was a disappointment. It had a slightly burnt flavor, which overshadowed the other tastes and detracted from our overall experience.

Despite this, we look forward to returning for the sushi and rice dishes we enjoyed, as they were standout items for us. With a few enhancements, we believe the overall experience could be even better during...
