We went there for lunch on a Saturday.

Here are the things we noticed:

Not a lot of options for side dishes. Music was too loud, Not a good venue to dine and talk about everyday stuff and life updates to your co-leagues, friends or family. we even asked them to lower the volume down 3 times so that we can converse while eating but they don't really want to turn it down. staff doesn't really smile, it's really hard to approach them because they have a "may mag uutos nanaman" vibe. we have to order the proteins (meat and seafood), Not for me. I like picking up the proteins I want from a tray it that way I can control the quantity of the meat. Limited parking. Really Pricey, considering what they offer. 550.00 per head. No bottled water for sale. limited options for beverages.

We were charged for 10 person when we paid the bill (We were a group of 6), we didn't notice at first since some of us got some ice cream, so we thought that Php.6,010.00 was the right price for 6 pax. six hours later, we were talking about how high the bill was so we decided to make some calculations and found out that they charged us for 10 pax. we went back to get a refund for the extra and found out that they put 9 pax on the receipt and an extra 500 fee for left over. We only had one plate for the left over and was paid for. They did not issue us any receipt after paying, we did not really care about receipt so we did not ask for one when they did not proactively offered one.

We did not take any photos at the time because we were underwhelmed with everything considering how much they were charging.

Will I go back here...

I went here yesterday with my husband and son for late lunch around 3:30 PM so less people were there at that time. We only had 2 refills for our entire stay. They gave us the first serving of meat and seafood a total of 3 choices at once after sometime we requested again for a refill after 30mins but 10mins went by and our request was not given yet, so we made a follow up and they forgot our request for a refill. I dont know if they are under staff and when we made a request for tempura they told us that it will take long because the person incharge of cooking them were on a break so we change our choice. When they gave us our 2nd round of refill we requested again for the tempura because my son wanted to try it, and we were told this time that it will take long again because they still need to peel the shrimps so i said it was ok and we were willing to wait because we were still grilling the 2nd refill of meat and seafood. But after finishing the 2nd refill the tempura and baby squid was not served yet so we opted just to leave.

*Service needs improvement. *Comfort rooms and wash area needs to be cleaned as well. *For the price of 550 per head not including drinks, and the time it takes for them to serve the food, with a 2 hour time limit. It...
