Ramen Nagi - SM City Baguio — Restaurant in Baguio

We went to this branch today, of course expected to be on a waitlist so we had our name listed to be seated since there was a queue. The waiting area is a bit far from where the reception area is where they call your name to be seated. After almost 45 mins, we were wondering why our names werent called yet when we were informed that we were 3rd on the waitlist, I understand that once our name was called and no response,we will be taken off the list. BUT WE NEVER HEARD OUR NAME, we were seating on the waiting area for 45 mins waiting for nothing,! Sana man lang kasi chini-check nung kung sino man ang nagtatawag kung andun pa yung customer, hindi yung magtatawag ka nandun ka lang sa podium sa tapat ng pintuan eh yung waiting area niyo was on the other conrner. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS...

If y'all going to make your customers mark down their orders on paper - it behooves you to actually follow it! If the customizations can't be followed, then it's only common courtesy to inform your customer prior to making and serving! Such a disappointment! An order of gyoza wasn't even served, rather it was crossed out on the paper. We have to flag down the staff multiple times and you can tell that it's an inconvenience for them. Food was ok, noodles are gummy and a little tough. Over bearing on cabbages (why is it there anyways?). Chasu was the lone saving grace... So if you want restaurant service, this is not the place. If you want ramen, there are better...

Ramen nagi continues to be one of the best ramen places you can go to here in Baguio city. Their basic ramens are already flavorful. They also offer limited kings. We tried the soy duck king and oyster king which both tasted okay. The duck meat was really soft while the oyster on the other hand would really bring back memories of the beach. We also ordered the chicken karaage which also tasted good. They also have a variety of drinks. The teaco iced tea was great, where they have different flavors of it. They also offer alcoholic drinks like beer. They have outdoor as well as indoor dining. Overall it was an okay...
