I actually love to go back to this place with my boyfriend until one day that i didn't got the one i ordered, yes my mistake as well for not double checking. But i went back and politely ask if i can change my order, but the cashier says that they are cooking the food already. So i got dis appointed coz i badly wants to eat lasagna instead of spaghetti. Until I ask somoene again if i can just change the order, and that person speaked with a manager and it was approved. Now i got to eat what i want, but the disappointment from the cashier is still there, did not do something, like beyond customer service for satisfaction.
