Every time we go there, the line was always very long. The first we were able to successfully order was through an errand service. This was probably during their first month. We added pearls to all orders and noticed that it didn’t seem to be that much. We still enjoyed it though. The next time we ordered was after their renovation. The milk tea tasted blander. You can barely taste the tea. Apparently, pearls were an add on. They aren’t included in the original recipe at all. We also tried the Butterbeer which tasted too sweet. What a nightmare of an experience! First of all I had to admit that it was a Sunday, but I think people should know what they are getting from this place. It gets extremely hot when the place gets crowded plus you have to wait for an hour just to get your drinks (order queue excluded!) And once we got our drinks, guess what?, all that discomfort was NOT WORTH IT! Drinks taste bland and are poor in quality. We got here at around 5:20PM (on a Sunday), ordered after maybe six minutes of waiting in line. We got our drinks at 6:15PM.

It was hot inside, even if it was raining and their electric fans were on. There was a line when we were there and didn't queue for so long but their service is very slow.
