During our visit on May 25th, 2025, past 2:00 PM, we ordered Set D for a late lunch. We were initially assisted by a waitress who provided our plates and water.
However, we experienced a significant delay with our order. By 4:00 PM, we politely inquired about the estimated serving time. Unfortunately, the waitress we spoke was unable to provide this information, we we're so frustrated with the Waitress that we've decided to cancel the order and leave the resto since we've been waiting for almost an hour.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes impact service, the lack of communication and clarity regarding our order was disappointing. We believe that further training in customer service, particularly in handling order inquiries and providing estimated timelines, would greatly benefit your staff and enhance the overall dining experience for your customers.
Given that the cost of dining here is not inexpensive, we were hoping for a more seamless and communicative experience. Should we return to Baguio, our decision to dine here again will depend on whether improvements are made in this resto. We hope our feedback is taken constructively, as we believe in providing opportunities for growth and positive change.

I asked the waitress with the abaca clip on her hair if we can sit inside, she made a face and just said ask the dining room staff, something like that. Cant dind the waitress who took our order so my family and I just chose a table inside. Food- served cold and way too long, starter was served last and it was cold too. Spoke to the male waiter who looked annoyed and not happy and took the food back to the kitchen but when he came back he said to us that the food was normally like that and theres nothing they can do about it. We will just gonna let it pass but we saw Nico the supervisor who was very helpful and always smiling, he said he will take it back to the kitchen, I asked him if we can just cancel it since we already finish eating and he said it was absolutely fine. We even apologized to them for not being able to eat it. I told him we would still eat it after our mains but it was cold and makunat na upon serving (taro nachos). We were looking forward pa nman kasi maganda ang place. Please improve your customer service and ung order ng pag serve and speed sa food. We were there Dec 9 for dinner. What! No croissants! Okay the food is good we come here for the croissants.
Then there's this stupid waiter, who DOESN'T respect personal space. The guy keeps handing the bill etc literally less than a foot in front of my wife. Is that how you teach your waiters? I observed him twice. I stood up beside my wife before he came back and guess what. He handed the card etc over my wife's shoulders again infrint of her face. This time i told him to hand it beside the both of us, I'm wasn't nice anymore and I'm not sorry. What a jerk!
Teach your staff or whatever you call them some manners and respect for women.
We're definitely not coming back to Valencias anymore. Especially since you don't have croissants anymore.
