Bigby's Cafe and Restaurant IT Park — Restaurant in Cebu City

Unless you are starving, avoid this place. There are plenty of restaurants around. The cheap fastfood around the corner is way better than this place. We ordered fish with green beans and potatoes, a manhattan burger and ribs. The burger is a joke. They don't even make an effort heating up the sorry size of a patty that is 1/8 the size of the stale, cold, bun. The bun is stale, the cheese is not even melting, not by a bit. Cheese taste like the cheap mixed vegetable oil cheese like Eden and is in little slices that is cold and unappetizing. The tomatoes are too small for the burger. The sauce is a generic thousand island dressing. The fries are wilted and soaked in vegetable oil. The green beans on the side of my fish order tastes like it was done in the butter flavored margarine and not even butter. And the prices do not warrant such low quality ingredients. They shouldn't offer the burger at all and if you cant offer restaurant quality food, then you have no right with these prices. Seriously, the food...

If you’re in IT Park you definitely want to stop by Bigby’s Cafe. I was walking by and saw the menu outside and knew I had to come it. I was looking for bbq in IT park, and it seemed like this was my best option. It didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Korean spicy wings and I’m so happy I did. They’re the perfect amount of spicy and good taste. They made them nice and crispy on the outside and couldn’t get enough. I’ve come back on a regular basis just for those wings. I also ordered the Rack a bye baby ribs. Those were also delicious. It was the perfect amount of food. I was stuffed when I was done but was I very satisfied. Not up to Bigby's normally high foreign standards. The meals were cold, even though served at different times.

The ribs were not of acceptable cuts, primarily bones and fat. The rosemary chicken was soggy and cold. The bottomless iced tea was warm despite the ice.

The few vegetables included were improperly prepared and grossly undercooked, possibly harvested prematurely.

The service was good, although the waitress could well use some intensive English diction lessons.

Everything was better at the Bigby's resto at SM Seaside.

For sure we will try other restos in the Ayala Central Bloc Walk venue.
